The Falls stretch for almost two kilometres along the Zambezi. From the Zimbabwe side, the rainforest path leads from viewpoint to viewpoint, from Devil's Cataract to the Main Falls, and in the high-water months the spray rises so high you can see it from town.
We travel from Bulawayo by the NRZ overnight train or by road, stay in comfortable budget accommodation in Victoria Falls town, and leave time for the extras you choose: a sunset cruise on the upper Zambezi, the bridge, the craft markets, or an evening by the river.
